oh don’t fall off again! I also have blood sugar issues and find that if I avoid the super sweet fruits in the evening I”m fine. I just eat tons of greens and veggies and some fruits and berries to balance it out. I don’t really sweeten anything except for occasionally use honey. I don’t really use much salt at all either and that probably helps.
I haven’t had any problems and I’ve been working out daily and running as a few times a week.
An interesting weight loss idea is to eat coconut butter/oil, it is an unusual healthy kind of saturated fat which helps you to lose weight. I eat it, because I love the taste of it. A farmer gave it to his cows to make then put on weight but he found that the more he gave them, the thinner they got, then someone wrote a book about it and it became really popular as a weight loss thing. If you used it instead of your normal fat, i.e. olive oil, nuts, avocado, maybe it would help you to get into that dress without feeling deprived? If you buy a good quality one, organic and virgin, it is normally always raw as well.
Thanks for the help! troublesjustabubble I wont promise I always feel so much better on raw! So no super sweet fruits in the evening think I can handle that. What are you eating for your evening meal? Do you do dates? during the day?

I usually have a big salad and maybe an avocado and tomato with lemon juice and a dash of salt for dinner. Sooo satisfying and delish. If you have a craving for something sweet during the evening (I know it happens) then go ahead and indulge in something like a few berries. I still do that occasionally. It definitely helps

I tried to put coconut butter in a smoothie but it curdled, I had to drink it right away, it was lovely then. You can put it in sauces where you would use nuts, and in cakes. In cakes it helps to ‘set’ them and make a lovely texture. My favourite is curry sauce using coconut butter, mmmmm
