I imagine it means you are weak???
No, I do not get them. Could be you do not take enough water, are constipated, possibly. Most likely you might not be getting enough protein or you are detoxifying (muscles can be weak at times then).
What do you eat in your normal day?? Do you take wheat grass juice, veggie juice, bee pollen or such??
I have been told it is a calcium or magnesium deficiency. When I have days of just fruit I get them. So I start eating more rounded meals with plenty of green veggies, sea veggies, with sprouted grains and legumes. They are gone buy the next day.
They are called charlie horses. Try incorporating more cacao and bananas. How about a chocolate banana shake!
Thanks for everyones suggestions. I have been feeling a little under the weather the last few days. I haven’t had the desire to eat much of anything! Thats probably why I am getting them..
