Good grief. I sat and pondered this and tried to figure out if my first thoughts on this were indeed true, and sho’nuff, they are. Boring, but true: 1) avocado 2) a pecan half with a drizzle of raw cacao on top 3) OK, I can narrow it down to 8: avocados, spinach, romaine, cucumbers, nori, tomatoes, zucchini (Though I don’t actually keep avocados, tomatoes or nori in the fridge, they are things I always, always have on hand).
1) baby spinach 2) raw, cured olives and nuts 3) carrots, celery, herbs, lemons, onions (I don’t keep any other fruit in the fridge, except red seedless grapes for my BF). So, I have to add the countertop, which is home to tomatoes, a full garlic keeper and whatever sweet fruit is in season.
I actually change some things every few months, as I learn to adjust my diet to my needs, but for now:

2) Mmmmmm, chopped avocado and tomatoe, covered with fresh lime juice OR fresh-ground sesame paste smeared on apples.
3) a. leafy greens(turnips greens, kale and dark lettuces) b. limes (I eat them every day) c. avocado(my main source of fat) d. tomatoes e. available simple fruits, usually apples, mangos, or melon

3) What five things are always in your refrigerator?
Well, I don’t really have a refrigerator but I hide stuff in the kitchen freezer sometimes. Manna bread is always in there. great for when I’m craving something heavy and is very compliant when you put nut cheese and tomato on it and call it pizza.
1)Avocados 2)I Am Bright-Eyed Pecan Porridge from Engelhart with Orchid’s “I am Grateful” book 3)Greens & or sprouts, apples, lemons, goji berries & assorted nuts and seeds
