I posted a thread about body temp a bit ago, which raised some questions about hypothyroidism.
I had my thyroid checked in 2005 when i was really sick (crohns type symptoms). They said my thyroid was ok then.
But even though I have changed my lifestyle pretty radically, I still wrestle with constipation, low body temp, being cold all the time and have a difficult time losing weight. I'm the only person I know training for a marathon that still can't lose weight (I mean really!)
Does this sound like hypothyroidism or something else? Does anyone have any advice in kick-starting the thyroid?
