  • Did he tell you or will he tell you what he is looking for during the scope? If you can discover this you can research to see it there is a healthier, non-western way to discover the same thing. Sometimes procedures are necessary, but not always.
  • While I don’t doubt they are making good money, the associated costs of managing, moving, packaging, meeting government regulations, business administration, etc. really adds up quickly. If you havn’t been in that type of business, you have no idea …
  • I could actually gag on sugar now. I used to love really sweet things but my palate has adjusted to natural food, Before adding more raw fod to my diet, I ate macrobiotic for 3 years. That food has no sugar but some sweetners just like raw. This Eas…
  • Simplyraw – thanks for your post. I have always read that the pith (white part between skin and fruit) is the most beneficial. I probably drink one grapefruit peel a week when I can get organic grapefruits. It has never given me a problem. Perhaps i…
  • I don’t know what type of juicer you have, but most say you can. I would cut a section of the grapefruit and juice that with the peel to see how your juicer handles it, Citrus peels really can change the flavor of the juice. I usually enjoy it but m…

  • I ordered mine yesterday. I am really excited about it coming in. I used to love to jump on my bed. I did this until about 21, which was when I had my own baby. I think this is something I can physically do and would be motivated to continue doing. …
  • Thank you guys so much for the input. I had been looking at the Needak and from what I read online thought it was a sturdy machine that would last. I am ordering it today, The idea of jumping as exercise is hysterical to me. It sound like someone te…
  • I read that almond skins are high in tannins and if ingested in high quantities can deplete your body of minerals. I sprouted, peeled, and dehydrated about 8 cupe of dry almond the other day for the first time and it was a time-consuming task.

  • There does seem to be plenty of information out there on that topic but keep in mind that it would only happen to that part of your food that the friction caused to heat up to the required temperature, which wouldn’t be much. I suspect the primary s…
  • Mewmewmint – I believe what you are referring to was coined the “white tide.” It is a scientific fact that cooked foods cause an immune system response. However, I think anyone who thinks that going 100% raw completely eliminates this problem is foo…
