  • I was wondering about this myself. I often make salad dressings using EVOO and balsamic vinegar but im worried about its acid content and how it could be harming my body. Hope someone can answer this question. :)

  • I use can beans sometimes but I just rinse them really well it is definatly much quicker than cooking the dried ones!
