  • Try sprouted bareley or rye, however the latest has even a heavier taste than buckwheat, but you may like it better. Wheat is definitely too sweet to be used in a savoury recipe, but if you sprout it for only 2 days it may work as well. Good luck!
  • I meant the tea tree oil, the colloidal silver can be taken internally for sure, and it is totally safe.
  • Can it be taken internally??? I heard that not…
  • You are welcome SarahJ, I’m quite proactive :). I think that all quinoa are raw, however I have never seen red ones. Well, it is a grain, and the most nutritious of all.
  • Earth Hugger it is so easy to sprout, you just soak it for 4-6 hours, rinse and drain and let to sprout for 1-2 days. I do not recommend to eat it uncooked and without sprouting, they need to be sprouted to remove the saponins and other susbstances …

  • I like using pineapples, oranges, apples or pears in my smoothies, these can be super delicious without using even a piece of banana! Today I just made one with pineapple, spinach and blueberries in it, sprinkled with cinnamon and flaxseeds and yum!
