  • I don't have a problem with it, personally. I guess I grew up eating meat and dairy and some raw foodists feel that it's still necessary to include it in their diet. I like reading everyone's point of view on it.

  • I use Kiss My Face. It seems to work okay... but I definitely stink after I workout. I don't really care too much about my scent though haha sweating is normal. Have you tried essential oils??

  • i stop eating when i'm not hungry. i usually get my meals in between 4-7. if i'm hungry around midnight, i'll have a cut-up banana and berries or just a tbsp of flax seeds to fill me up. it's impossible for me to sleep if my stomach is growling.

  • it never lightened my hair, but if i put it on my roots, my hair gets really greasy. i would just use it on your ends and see if you like it. i'm not a fan of using it on my hair though.

  • you won't get diabetes from too much sugar. you can get it from too much fat in your diet but it's just if you are obese. maybe do all fruit for one week and see how you feel. it's really not a bad thing at all.
  • you just don't eat overt fats... or just eat a small amount of them. it's pretty easy to get the ratio if all your meals are fruits, veggies, and greens.
  • No more constipation! This is hands up the best part of it for me.
