  • I ate a lot of garlic today too. LOTS of guacamole filled with it. I couldn’t stop craving guacamole, but it was the garlic taste in it that I really desired, that and the avocado. I’m pretty much out now, so I think I’ll abstain anyway.

  • Almost six months raw and I’m eating more then ever right now, but that’s because I’m doing 80-10-10 and feel much healthier when I eat as much fruit as I like. Sometimes I feel better just drinking juice though; it depends on the day!

  • My dips usually lasted at least 3 days before I grew wary of them. Salad dressings were gone in 2 days, so I don’t know about their total expiration time. Hope that helps… :-)
