  • I would much rather freeze them than waste them….so I do – freeze them that is. I can’t speak to the nutrients changing but I can say with confidence that the calories will stay the same. I hate wasting food :)

  • Maca isn’t something that you would add to a recipe for it’s flavour – you would add it for it’s properties and work around the flavour. It isn’t entirely unpleasant but I think you need to get used to it.
