  • well at first it is going to be a little harsh on your tummy. you may prefer to ease into raw. you could blend or juice. now after 5 months raw I do fine on raw veggies, even raw cabbage and kale. interestingly, i do better with certain veggies raw …

  • Hmm, well I go to a naturopathic school and my insurance pays. It is much cheaper than $140, it’s about $80 and they have a sliding scale. Someone mentioned a naturopathic MD (someone who has both). Or find a doctor who is open to alternative treatm…

  • not sure what i’m going to do. i started raw in april and it was pretty cold then. i hope staying mostly raw would combat seasonal affective disorder which i tend to get. but i am considering cooked soups with only veggies (no beans or grains).
  • can you use bananas?
  • wish i was there!
  • i don’t even buy grapes anymore because i eat the whole thing in like an hour. too expensive.

  • have you tried green smoothies? great way to get your greens and veggies at the same time. find a fun salad dressing you like. put it on all your veggies.
  • an easy way to start is to start adding green smoothies to your diet. you just need greens and fruit. a good recipe is one ripe banana, a bunch of frozen mango, and a half bunch kale or other green. add water and blend.
