  • yes definitely agree with sweetpea…fasting is not a good idea if this thin, but my guess is you probably know that but the anorexia/bullemia cycle could make you more prone to wanting to fast i guess.

  • ideal weight loss is 1 to 2 lbs a week…you must be careful not to lose weight quickly as it puts enormous stress on your liver/gallbladder. Perhaps slow weight loss by adding my good fats, i.e. nuts, avocados, etc.
