  • have you noticed that when a work function is held after-hours (esp. at a night club), that people don’t really eat. they might take a nibble here or there of a finger food, but they don’t really chow down like when the function is held at lunchtime…
  • tomato slices with fresh basil, olive oil, and a little salt is always a crowd pleaser. perhaps some salsa and guacamole with an assortment of veggies and crackers (flax and corn) to dip. also, maybe an herb salad?

  • put them all together – add carrots, beets, sweet potato, and maybe oranges and you’ll have a yummy and nutritious juice ;-) save the pulp for the compost pile
