    in Rice? Comment by Zoe
  • A lot/most rice is steamed/boiled etc during its processing and so is not raw and won’t sprout. But I have heard on this site of people managing to find truly raw rice and sprouting it.

  • I like creamed spinach. It is from Rhio’s book hooked on raw. You can also dehydrate it and use it for a delicious wrap by wrapping tomato, sprouts, avo and cuke in it after it is dried… 5 cups spinach 1/2 medium onion 1 avocado 1 tomato 1/4 cup dil…

  • It is raw if it is unheated/unfiltered…but some raw foodists don’t like to use it coz it is not a wholefood and hugely concentrated. And just not “natural”. You can substitute oily nuts or avocado if it doesn’t agree with you. I use it because I lik…

  • Do you have a dehydrator? If you do you can make wraps and take them in, fill them with salad and cream sauce and some basil or something, mmmmm. I guess if you haven’t got a dehydrator to make wraps in you could use leuttice leaves to fill with yum…
