  • Well I ended up cutting it, and ate a bunch of it raw. From what I googled they said that it was safe to eat. Im actually making pumpkin-chia pancakes right now yum! :)

  • I know what you mean! I usually have a green smoothie every morning and Ive gotten used to the buzz that it gives me. Now that i havent been able to get my greens this past week Ive noticed a loss of energy.

  • I love steam baths. I love to sit and meditate for maybe 20-30 minutes depending on my mood. One thing I always make sure to do is make sure my skin doesnt dry out after im done.
