  • I personally dont like it, it is just way to intense for my system and it makes me feel sick! But some people really enjoy it so I suppose its to each his/her own.
  • I have bowl movements four times a day or more! I eat lots of fruit, and a green smoothie every morning for breakfast. Usually a huge salad for dinner. Lots of delicious snacks of fruit in between.
  • i make smoothies everymorning, and a juice once or twice a week in the afternoon
  • joannabanana that raw applesauce sounds delicious! i think ill make that tomorrow morning for breakfeast :)

  • if you have a target near you, you can buy raw almonds in bulk. its ten dollars for i want to say 32 ounces. they are not organic, however it is cheaper and more economical than paying shipping in my opinion :)

  • i dont have one of my own, but i can borrow my aunts whenever i like. i find that its not really essential. i would much rather buy a vita mix than a dehydrator first.

  • i am in the same boat, eating raw i have found is more expensive becuase i eat massive amounts of fresh food. i agree with sisterbecky, so as much as you can. and things like sweet potatoes, sprouted grain breads, lentils and legumes can be life sav…
  • I have used seeds made especially for sprouting, aswell as the ones that you can get from the bulk bin. I dont really notice a different in taste, so I say go for it! :)
  • fruit and veggie juices are good, so are blended salads or green smoothies. i diagree however with what was said about not eating at all. your body needs some kind of calories, otherwise it will enter starvation mode and you could end up with a much…
  • For me personally I love onions and I love garlic! However I noticed that whenever I eat garlic I smell and sometimes i get gassy. ew :(
  • I got a nice blender/food processor combo from Kohls for about 50$ and I love it, i use it twice a day.
  • i had this same problem when i was 100% raw. now i include raw nuts (almonds) and seeds (flax, sunflower ect). i also eat sprouted grain breads sometimes (usually one piece per day) and i include lentils rarely. i would try adding more oils to yo…

  • Yes I agree with AVL i dont preapre the noodles in advance, i dont like it when they get all watery i cant get them down. Fresh made it the best :)

  • I would try upping your portions a bit... i think you might need to consume more calories in order to maintain your current weight (if thats your goal) even to lose weight you still should eat a minumium of 1700. I would try more blended things, and…

  • Ive made it before, its not as good as the kinds you can buy but I put 2 parts water for every one part of coconuts and soak overnight in the fridge. then i blend and strain. enjoy :)
  • what about a zucchini humus? you can omit the oil and add water instead. Ani Phy'o has a great recipe
  • Im not sure if you are trying to lose weight, but I suggest adding more calories to your diet everyday. 1300 is a small number and you dont want your body to go into starvation mode.
