  • I would never combine the kale with fruits, it is rather a vegetable than a leafy green and from food combining view these can’t be combined with fruits.
  • Is hing raw? I thought the edible gums can’t be consumed raw. For example guar gum is toxic when raw.
  • http://www.drhauschka.com/holistic-products/dec… I love this brand, I have the mascara from them and I love it!

  • I eat enough calories for sure, otherwise I would have lost some weight and body fat, which I didn’t unfortunately.
  • Well I would also like to lose about 5 kg. I think the key can be regular exercising and get yourself busy. The days when I work I eat much less then I’m at home. I think I should incorporate some more exercise apart from work too. I think you shoul…

  • You are totally right achin70 the worry is wose than the occasional cooked grains! Anyway I ate manna bread once and it was so delish, kinda sweet and I think better than the other breads, because the sprouting adds some nutritional value.
  • I feel great eating sprouted grains. They contain a lot of vitamin B, and I noticed how good it is for the hair and skin! Cooked grains are totally different, I feel them in my stomach for much longer.
  • Well what the others said are right, but check out Youtube ‘David Wolf on calcium’!
  • Hi! with flax, wheat, buckwheat there is no problem, you can store them anywhere, they last long. You better store the oats in the fridge, because otherwise they go rancid quickly. I store my sesame seeds in glass jar with metal lid and it is fine, …

  • I think it is really no use of eating all good, but feeling deprived of something you like. So I think if you like coffee it does no harm to drink it. We eat raw to live long, healthy and happy lives, so if your cuppa coffee makes you happy you can …

  • I think when detoxing you need simple meals, easy to digest and superfooods you use are a great choice too. It is soo good that your mother is into raw foods! When I go home the fridge and cupboard are packed with everything, including foods I used …
