  • I notice that I get stopped up when I don't get enough fats. Coconut oil in smoothies really help as well as avocados and such. Also, make sure you're drinking enough water!

  • What's wrong with olive oil? Good extra virgin cold pressed olive oil shouldn't be avoided. Its a great way to get monosaturated fats and shouldn't cause you to gain weight.
  • You know a calorie is not a calorie when someone drinks a coke every day as opposed to a few bananas every day. Just see which one gains weight.
