So today I decided to get somethings going in the dehydrator - I wanted to make some bread and some burgers. I based both my recipes on ones in Matt Amsden's Rawvolution (I love this book!) The onion bread was adapted to become sauerkraut bread. It was delicious but needs a little more tweaking (more sauerkraut!) but certainly I'll be making it again, and again. The burgers had onion, celery and orange pepper in as well as sunflower seeds. I added the pulp from the the almond milk I made this morning in the bread which was really handy too.
This afternoon my order of cacao powder and cacao butter arrived sooooooo tomorrow may well be CHOCOLATE DAY!!!!! 
I'm enjoying getting back in to raw food.
