Right now munching on raw almonds. Also had an apple - making a grocery list.

Just finished a Wilted Spinach Salad with Marinated Onions in a Mustard Seed Dressing from Ani Phyo's book.
It was great!
March 30, 2009 - Starting the day with a coffeee (which I am going to eventually quit, will keep drinking tea though) and a couple of apples.
Breakfast : Green Smoothie (banana, sweet cherries, aloe vera, coconut oil, spinach)
Lunch : Avocado and Apples
Snack : Strawberry Almond Cookies
Dinner : Will be stuffed mushrooms with a spinach salad
green smoothie- 1 banana, 1 kiwi, blueberries, handful of each: spinach, baby spring mix, cilantro
some red bell pepper, celery, a few sugar plum tomatoes with zucchini hummus from this site
a lil bit of apple pie i made from yesterday
Breakfast: a biiiiig juicy grapefruit and coffee (sorry, I don't wanna give it up!!)
Lunch: green smoothie (strawberries, banana, orange juice, spinach, cinnamon, ginger)
Dinner: cauliflower (chopped like rice) with tomato, asparagus guacamole (from this site) and shredded carrot....usually I have a salad but I'm running out of greens so I'm trying to use up my cauliflower before I go on a grocery run
Snack: Sunflower seed, almond, and raisin trail mix
Breakfast: 1 sapote, 2 small tangerines, tulsi tea
mid-morning snack: green smoothie!! i juiced some ginger and an apple and then threw in the blender lots of collard greens, baby mixed greens, and some frozen banana. sooo yummy!
lunch: kombucha, apple, and lotus root chips
dinner: thai salad from everyday raw, spring rolls with tamarind sauce from entertaining in the raw. both amazing recipes.
dessert: tomberlies ice cream and a raw brownie!

Breakfast - Coffee, Large Green Smoothie (about 5 cups - which I sipped throughout the day - peaches, two large handfuls baby spinach)
Grazed all day - 2 apples, a few handuls of cashews, flax crackers, banana, 1/2 cucumber and fresh dill
Right now I am sipping on wine.
Trying not to eat after dark and I am enjoying grazing all day - I don't think that 15 minutes went by when I wasn't sipping or eating something!

Grazed all day:
2 coffees
6 cups green smoothie (pears and kale)
apple
banana
flax crackers
several handfuls cashews
1/2 cucumber with dill
1 cup of green smoothie that I prepared for tomorrow (3 bananas, bunch of swiss chard, 1/2 pint raspberries)
I think that I am eating too many nurs and but I think that everything will balance out. The green smoothies are really filling me up and I have no cravings at all!
Breakfast caffeine free herbal tea
Lunch : I had one banana and 1/2 cup of golden raisins and five almonds
Snack 1/4 cup golden raisins, teaspoon of raw coconut with five pecans
Dinner: Wonderful dark green salad. with seeds and sprouts

Today I woke up pretty late (up late - and I still love my sleep) so haven't had much to eat (also didn't start eatring until after I got back from grovery shopping)
1 cup green smoothie (papya and a green I can't remember the name of that I bought at the organic farmers market today)
a couple raw sushi rolls (except for the seaweed wrap, roasted)

now snacking on "The Raw Choice" Chili -lime dried mango which I bought today while I watch a movie!
4 pears and a date, superfood smoothie, raw lemon cookie, salad with buckwheat sprouts and half an avocado, sprouted quinoa goji berry raw cocao bar, and 3 more dates :) yummm
Suasoria - your lunch sounds like it was soooo good! I hope that someone opens a raw restaurant in Ottawa soon - I'd probably go there almost every day!

Dinner was amazing I made a sunflower type bread and had that with avo, tom, cuc and dehydrated mushrooms with a garlic cashew mayo and the potato crisps from this site. It was totally wonderful
Then I had two raw choc's that I had made for Easter!

Pear, Apple, mango, blueberries, hemp milk, kiwi, sprouted wheat, Raw Revolution bar...thats all so far. Plannin on raw gRAWnola! and a large salad of fresh veggie straight from a local organic farm. Is anyone else involved with CSA? Community Supported Agriculture?? Its a great idea if it is available to you!
I've noticed that since becoming more raw I don't keep to an eating schedule. I just eat when I'm hungry. So, this is my day so far...
Smoothie; strawberries, pineapple, banana, lemon wedge and spinach.
Caramel apples. (I posted the recipe. More experimenting!)
Mushroom caps stuffed with some pate I made up. I've been experimenting ALOT! and I can't remember all the stuff in it, but it had radishes, garlic, cashews, olive oil, green onions, and a splash of soy sauce.
Hummus and some dehydrated seed crackers.
A big salad with romaine, spinach, strawberries, carrots, red pepper, sunflower seeds and homeade balsamic vinaigrette.
A little of the spinach dip posted on the site. I had to share and it didn't last long! :)

Lunch:
Acai banana berry smoothie (and half of my friend's coconut/mango/banana smoothie!)
2 raw cocoa/mint bars
Snack:

Dinner:
Kelp noodles with a sauce made of tomato, mango, green onion, cilantro, and lemon. Mixed with salad greens, portabella mushroom, bell pepper, baby yellow tomatoes, and broccoli. Mmmm!
Dessert:
7 little champagne mangoes.... wow I ate 11 today!
Yesterday:
3 raspberry and banana hempmilk shakes, breakfast and then mid morning and mid afternoon snacks.
Salad of sprouts, sweetcorn, peppers, spring onions, cucumber, courgette with olive oil and lemon dressing.
Flax seed crackers

sunflower and pumpkin seeds
raisins
Orange, ginger and spinach smoothie
Pate made with avo, fresh rosemary, watercress, red onion, olive oil and lemon

Breakfast: 2 frozen bananas and a lara bar, spoon full of hemp seeds

Dinner: huge salad with beet and kolrabi and braggs

Shared a green smoothie with my Mum; spinach, mango, banana, avocado, coconut oil, topped with passion fruit.
4 herb flax crackers with seaweed tartare and cherry tomatoes.
Was really hungry when out so grabbed an Innocent Smoothie (they are pasteurised unfortunately) but it was really yummy; blueberry, pineapple and ginger. Might try and recreate this one.

After my nap I had a square of dark chocolate with flaxseed as a little pick me up.
Big bowl of sweet potato noodles with a little mustard and olive oil, pink salt and chopped herbs.
Raspberries, blueberries and grapes dusted with cocoa powder and a squirt of agave.
