  • your thyroid and metabolism may be slowing down, do you take any seaweeds in as if not its likely you wont be getting adequate iodine.

  • Hey i just thought id chime in on the eczema. Eczema is largely caused by a dysfunction of the adrenal glands aswell as liver toxicity/stagnation. Building up your adrenal glands is a good start, with natural sources of vitamin C(the nutrient most…

  • i had a rather large amount of mercury fillings as a kid luckly the teeth grew out so i didnt need them to get removed. i believe they contributed to my health problems at the time.
  • You dont need to run hours per day like many lead you to believe to be fit. Infact high intensity cardio has been proven in studies to be better for cardiac health, improving fitness and weight loss overall.
  • Any berries are super healthy containing many antioxidents and flavinoids. I wish i had the strength to just pick them off the bushes i know many people that do. good stuff though i do a berry smoothie everyday blueberries, blackberries, strawberr…

  • very right how you view diet, thats how i got into vegan and raw in turn. I had a very very bad outlook on diet due to digestive/food sensitivity problems. vegan then raw really helped me simplify things and now i feel great:). Poor relationship wi…
  • I think a successful one is one who eats a variety of foods long term, not the same old foods day in day out so there getting a wide range of nutrients.
  • silica is very poorly absorbed so your better drinking smaller amounts over the day this ensures better abosrbtion as most will just pass through unabsorbed if taking it that way. although its fine as a parasite cleanse that way.
  • diatomaceous earth is great stuff, being rich in silica its great for the skin, hair, bones, connective tissue etc. Just be sure to get food grade DE. a tablespoon in a quart of water is fine.
  • Getting a variety of greens is the best idea, look for foods that are rich in silica and calcium. as a supplement nettle leaf powder is good.
  • i make something similar and i can through insane amounts :). the spicier the better.

  • yeah buckwheat, quiona, millet, brown rice are gluten free grains:).
  • thats not entirely true, you can have sensitivity/intolerance to gluten but still not be celiac. its largely due to under-functioning adrenal glands as with other food allergys.
  • try making water kefir it tastes fine. Storebought sauerkraut contain little to no beneficial bacteria.
  • Irritable bowel syndrome has been linked with low levels of good flora(bacteria) so the best thing you could do would be to try repopulate the good bacteria. The best way to do this is via fermented foods such as kefir(milk or water) i prefer water …
