    Today I've had:

    Banana, blueberry and spinach smoothie

    apple

    nori wraps with seed pate, toms, cuc, s'corn and carrots

    another apple

    banana

    couple of dates pre zumba

    vegan bangers and (sweet potato) mash with peas and gravy

    Might have to have a couple of chocs later as they are calling me from the fridge. Damn my parents for buying me vegan chocolate for Easter!

    Half a cantaloupe

    3 chopped apples, handful of raisins and buckwheaties with a banana/date/chia seed sauce (V Good!)

    Yesterday I ate...

    breakfast: banana flax pancake with strawberries and banana

    lunch: curried carrot lentil sprout salad

    snack: salad

    dinner: I ate at Live organic food bar and it was amazing. My friend and I split hemp almond bruschetta (possibly one of the best things I've ever eaten in my LIFE), corn nachos with salsa, guac and sour cream, root veggie perogies and un-stirfry YUM

    snack: avocado banana chocolate mousse

    yesterday:

    - 2.5 C Grapes

    - 1 liter of Tangerine Juice

    - 3 Navel Oranges + 2 hige Heirloom Tomatoes

    - Smoothie: 8 medium Bananas, 4 Medjool Dates, and 1 Vanilla Bean

    - 1 C chopped Watermelon

    So far today. . .

    - 14 Navel Oranges

    Planning on having the same smoothie I had yesterday for dinner tonight. Whenever the weather starts to warm up I stop craving greens and fats most of the time. In warm weather I am basically a fruitarian, LOL, and I love it!

    Today so far..

    1 pineapple

    2 kiwis

    4 bananas

    5 o'clock snack will be a green smoothie then later cucumbers, snap peas, & tomatoes w/ hummus (not raw)

    Trying to drink at least 4 L of water today ..feeling like i may explode! :D

    My costco membership got renewed, I'm SO happy I could cry.

  • So far i've just had 1 piece of dehydrated mango, and some green kombucha but im about to go make those Cinnamon banana pancakes. and then later, a green apple. and for dinner probably a salad, W/ apple cider vinigar Dill marinated cucumber on the side and a baked bulb of garlic. then later at night i'll probably have a couple oranges.

    about 2 cups dehydrated buckwheat

    4 bananas

    strawberries,

    4 apples and 3 containers of raspberries

    a salad with parsley ,chives, red bell pepper, tomatoe and cauliflower.

    and one more apple thats it for tonight!!!

    i could not be more exhausted today!! i had an hour of weight training, an hour of dance class, and then i had to make up another hour of weight training. i came home and slept for like 3 hours ahaha

    Ran 5.72 miles today at a alternating pace of 6mph and 7mph in the beautiful sunny weather and enjoyed wonderful juicy sweet fruit afterwards! I feel so blessed!! :-D

    - 15 Navel Oranges

    - 1/2 of a large Watermelon (approx. 20 to 25 cups)

    - Smoothie: 8 small Bananas, 3 Medjool Dates, and 1 Vanilla Bean

    3 cantaloupes (i'm totally addicted)

    4 bananas

    6 cups or so of grapes

    4 dates

    1 apple

    4 sundried tomatoes

    8 cups spinach

    3 carrots

    rawaholic, 20-25 cups of watermelon?!?! that must be a huge watermelon!! or maybe that's normal?? haha i haven't had watermelon since last summer.

    GTs Ginger Kombucha

    The cinnamon Banana Pancakes with 2 honey soaked plums, banana, coconut, cacoa nibs & a bit of maple syrup.

    Decaf coffee (organic & fair trade) w/ honey & hemp milk. I'm coming off a serious caffeine/coffee addiction. I made for two weeks with no coffee, just tea, and then I realized I had a bag of decaf in my cupboard, and I have been experiencing serious cravings for days now. so i indulged.

    Cup Green Tea

    Smoothie of braggs apple cider health drink (acv, apple juice, cinnamon, stevia) 10 strawberries, 3 bananas, 1 apple, and 1/2 serving source of life . . .

    Salad = spinach, chard, carrot, alfalfa sprouts, zucchini, 1/4 avocado, coconut amions, & dressing (olive oil, green onion, agave, acv)

    can of the kombucha wonder drink, green tea style

    1 Himalayan raw honey chocolate peppermint patty. i have three more. i might eat them if i'm craving late night snack.

    Rawaholic , I totally understand, I can eat 1/2 watermelon after a nice long run! It's the perfect post-workout meal...juicy & sweet :)

    lunch: un-stirfry in a spicy peanut sauce over cauliflower rice

    snack: canteloupe

    dinner: chili with lentil sprouts

    snack: salad

    today:

    breakfast: green smoothie and some gluten-free cereal

    lunch: chili with lentil sprouts

    snack: 3 easter chocolates and salt and vinegar almonds (neither were vegan, nor very good. The chocolate especially left a very gross taste in my mouth).

    dinner: zucchini spaghetti with marinara sauce and "meat"balls (YUM!!!) and green salad

    dessert: hasn't happened yet, but i'm anticipating banana ice cream

    Ugh, I'm undereating on raw fruits and vegetables. I crave a huge bowl of steamed broccoli and sweet potato at dinnertime every night. Now, that's not horrible, but....

    schrip - don't worry, I went through a period a few months ago when ALL I wanted for dinner for weeks on end was steamed broccoli & cauliflower with tomato sauce! I got over that, and now I'm right back into what I was eating before.

    (missed lunch because of full day meetings

    snack: mixed fruit (yay fruit platters at meetings!)

    late late lunch: salad with pumpkin seeds, tomato, cucumber, olives

    dinner: wraps (tomato, red onion, cucumber, lettuce, nut cheese, nutty neatballs, olives wrapped in collard greens), garlic tomato soup

    breaky - mango, canteloupe, assorted fruit

    lunch - salad with pumpkin seeds, cucs and tomato

    dinner - raw springrolls (carrots, cabbage, snow peas, cucs, shitake mushrooms, wrapped in collard greens and seaweed) and raw stir unfry (same ingredients) both with spicy peanut sauce (not raw)

    today:

    breaky - banana ice cream with raw cacao powder and hemp seeds

    snack - mango

    snack 2 - kale chips in cashew red pepper cheese sauce

    lunch - raw stir unfry, tomato cucumber onion salad

    snack - mango, tea

    dinner - miso soup with seaweed, salad with snow peas and seaweed in miso-tomato-lemon-hemp seed dressing

    snack - seaweed (i'm a little obsessed right now)

    i used:

    1 avacado

    about a half head of red leaf lettuce

    3 small tomatoes

    2 big slices of onion, finely diced

    garlic to taste

    sea salt

    black pepper

    lots of lime juice

    I ate the whole thing for breakfast, Major Yumz

    green smoothie of rocket, watercress, spinach, banana, grapes (the green were way too strong for my liking but chugged it down anyway!)
