1 young coconut
1 cup Strawberries, cut in to little pieces
2 tablespoon Agave Nectar
¼ cup Goji Berries, Soaked
Carefully scrape the coconut flesh and pour the coconut water into a bowl and take out all the splinters and fibers then pour into a Blender, then add all the rest of the ingredients and blend to desired consistency. If you do not have access to fresh young coconuts then you may also use almond milk instead.

I got this from the RAWGURU site, and thought it was worth passing on. Me and my 9 year old raw daughter who painted the picture in the back had this for breakfast. This is truly a great smoothie. I am sure there are some things you could do to tweak this to make it your own. ( calling all RAWCLAIRE’s LOL) Try it you will love it especially if you are like me and can’t chew the goji berries.
