Oats (not soaked
What i did was use the juice as a base, and i blended the oats, dates and agave together and untill it blended smooth. (make sure the mixture is thick though! And it should be sticky) Next pour out some dried coconut into a bowl, and roll spoonfuls of the dough in the coconut to cover the ball. Press flat, and place in dehydrator overnight. Your room will smell so good!!! I ate these for breakfast, as they are not too overly sweet. LOVE them!!!
Ambergirl's ThoughtsBy ambergirl
These cookies are AMAZING. I came up with them last night. I didn’t really measure, so use your judgement. They have this tart “zing” from the pineapple juice and a very sweet taste from the dates and avgave. The coconut gives a it a crunch.
