Recipe Directions

Put the cashews in the blender until they were just about even with the top of the blades. Add a couple of slices of the mushroom, a chunk of red onion (remember the principle of Raw is Stronger), sea salt, and water just above the cashews. Blend until thickened but not heated.

I'd start with a couple slices of portabella and water just about up to the blades.
