Recipe Directions

Wash you cauliflower and chop into popcorn sized chunks. Put into ziploc bag and just shake in enough brewers yeast to cover cauliflower with celtic salt to taste and a pinch or two of cayenne. zip bag and shake to cover all cauliflower evenly. Now you can just eat right out of the bag or put on dehydrator for about 3-4 hours.

I forgot what a great snack this is. Haha, my little canine friend Coco loves it too!
I omit the yeast and use mixed indian spices plus chilli flakes with a sprinkle of sesame oil. Particularly decadent with a homemade raw hommous.

I have had this before and it's nummy! I think there's a similar recipe here, the nutritional yeast and brewers yeast are pretty much the same yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, but I believe they are made with the nutritional yeast to be less bitter.

Sound good. Do you mean 'brewer's yeast' though, or should that say 'nutritional yeast flakes'?

This is seriously addicting.
I eat it everyday!!! Although, I add spirulina powder. YUM!!
