2 slice Russell James' Mediterranean Almond Bread
½ cup Sprouts
1 slice Avocado
2 slice Tomato
1 tablespoon Pine Nut Cheese (soaked pine nuts with lemon juice blended up)
4 slice Cucumbers
2 slice Portabella mushrooms marinated in shoyu
1 slice Swiss chard or collard green
Make the bread. Store the bread in frige in tupperware when done. Make sandwiches daily and take to work for lunch!
This sandwich tastes delicious and you can make it any way you want it. I added cilantro to russell james’ bread recipe.
