Just place sweet potatoes in a Vita Mix along with a little water or almond milk, lots of cinnamon, cloves, vanilla and whatever spices you like. Add in frozen strawberries- I discovered this today: you want to blend this a long time to make it very smooth and whipped and the addition of the frozen berries keeps it from heating up. I put goji berried on top and they get soft and chewy. This is so easy and so delicious!

Starting a diet today and this sound like I can add it to my diet menu plans . May even leave out the spices and add stevia and have it for breakfast!

Sounds really good! I'm just wondering about food combining. Did you have any problems? Did you eat it alone as a snack or for breakfast?
