This treat is great treat any time of the day. Makes a great dessert or midnight snack! I made this up one day when I was craving something sweet with bananas in it.

Recipe Directions

Slice the bananas and put them in a bowl. Top with about half a cup of shreded coconut and drizzle with molasses. Add enough water or nutmilk to turn the molasses into a syrup if desired. Sire and enjoy! Or, Don’t stir and enjoy!!

I made this again and found that it is very versatile. It tastes food with an equal banana/ apple combination. Also great with lots of cinnamon on top!

Agave would work but I used Molasses because of its rich dark bold yummy flavor, preferred in this dish. Why? Is molasses considered a "BAD" Sweetener?
