1 lime or 1/2 lemon
½ cup fresh cranberries
¼ cup soaked pumpkin seeds
Juice apples, cranberries, and lime or lemon. Add to blender and blend with banana and pumpkin seeds until smooth and creamy. I throw it all in the blender at once. It comes out more like a thin pudding, but if you’re looking for zinc, this is an interesting snack.
