Well after falling off the raw wagon by air-popping some popcorn I wanted to find something to substitute popcorn with. This was my solution and I think it is yummy!

Recipe Directions

Warm some pumpkin seeds in the dehydrator or momentarily in an air-popper or on the stovetop. (being careful to not exceed the raw temps) Then drizzle a little coconut oil on top and sprinkle some sea salt and voila! you have created a salty treat!

I just found out you can make "popcorn" by using small bit size pieces of cauliflower too - same idea behind it. But, i think they said to use regular olive oil, but i'm sure coconut oil would be good too! I'm going to try both this weekend! Thanks for the recipe!

That sounds really good. I think I will use my "Misto" and spray with Sciabica Basil Olive Oil and sea salt. If you like it spicy, it would be good with the Sciabica Jalapeno Olive Oil too.
