Add liquid to chia seeds in a ratio of at least 4 parts Kombucha or a KT/juice mixture to 1 part dried chia seed. Stir with a fork or whisk immediately and several times over 30 minutes. Drink or eat with a spoon, depending on your preference for thickness.
