Ingredients
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup soaked sundried tomatoes
1 tbs. agave nectar
1 cup water
2 tbs. olive oil
1-2 clove garlic
1/2 tsp of dried basil, oregano, and thyme
2 tbs. lemon juice
Sea salt to taste
Dash of nutmeg
Recipe Directions
How to: Put everything in a high speed blender and blend till thick and smooth. Serve at room temp.

Hearty Tomato Soup
YUMMY!! I just made this tonight and it is amazing. I didn't have cherry tomatoes but used four, very ripe, homegrown heirloom tomatoes. I only used fresh basil as the herb and added a tablespoon of sunflower seeds and it is rockin' good. Thank you!
