Yield
One Big salad for one or three small portions
Ingredients
1½ cup Broccoli Stems
½ Avocado
½ clove Garlic
1 slice Onion
1 teaspoon cilantro
1 tablespoon dill
4 Fresh Basil Leaves
Sea Salt to Taste
1 small Tomato, Chopped
½ Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
4 Kale Leaves
Recipe Directions
Combine First eight ingredients in food processor adding water for desired consistency. Remove Kale from stem tearing gently into small pieces and placing in a bowl, add chopped tomatoes and red pepper. Top with half of the broccoli mixture and Enjoy!

By RawBeauty I was inspired by the blue cheese recipe I found on this site, I modified it to be nut free. I had some kale as well so thought it would be a great topping for a salad.
