Creating Healthy Habits
3 lg hierloom tomatoes, [2 for FP, 1 for handchopping]
2 green onions, [to chop by hand]
2 clove garlic, [small cloves]
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, [about a tbsp]
1 dash cumin, cayenne, sea salt, [a dash of each]
Alright, though everything was thrown together without any real measurements, this is approximately how much of each ingredient i used. First i put two of the tomatoes in the food processor along with the garlic, apple cider vinegar, and spices. I blended that until just before it turned completely liquid [so there were a few random chunks]. Next I chopped the last tomato and the green onions by hand into small pieces. Add them to the soup, stir and enjoy!
This is so simple.. i can’t wait to try it with golden tomatoes. I’m sure there are TONS of ways this recipe could be altered, and i look forward to seeing them!!
