Medium Jicama, Cut in half
With a vegetable peeler – peel both jicama and cucumber into thin slices like the picture. When your done squeeze the lemon on top, add some salt or chili powder and ENJOY!!
Sweet, crispy jicama & fruity cucumber make this “salad” totally refreshing and simple!
