Creating Healthy Habits
1 cup Raw Oats
½ cup Buckwheat, soaked
½ cup Hemp seeds
¼ cup Flax Seeds
2 cup Water, or more for desired consistency
2 tablespoon Almond Butter
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Blend all ingredients until desired consistency. Enjoy!
I was inspired to put up my favourite porridge recipe when I saw dodo’s Scottish Porridge recipe this morning. Mine is very sweet and thick, I always find it to be a very substantial breakfast. The photo isn’t the greatest, but it is shown here topped with cinnamon and dried sour cherries.
