1 cup raw oats
½ cup buckwheat (soaked)
½ cup hemp seeds
¼ cup flax seeds
2 cups water (or more for desired consistency)
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Blend all ingredients until desired consistency. Enjoy!
I was inspired to put up my favorite porridge recipe when I saw Dodo’s Scottish Porridge recipe this morning.
Mine is very sweet and thick. I always find it to be a very substantial breakfast.
