Creating Healthy Habits
1 orange, peeled and chopped
½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
1 tablespoon cacao powder
Stevia/honey, to taste
Combine first four ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Taste test before you add the stevia/honey. You may or may not desire to add any, but if you do, give the pudding another whiz to blend it in well. Spoon the mixture into 1-2 self-serve small bowls (depending on your willingness to share!) and eat immediately, chill for later or freeze for a sensational raw vegan icecream!
*Variations: You can making this recipe using different kinds of berries or you can leave out the cacao powder if you’re not a chocolate fan, but cacao makes it so much more wicked! ;)
