1 pineapple (cut into bite size pieces)
2 apples (Pink Lady)
1 orange (peeled, cut into bite size pieces)
¼ cup raw pistachios
1/8 cup coconut flakes (dried)
Meat from 1 young coconut
Sweetener to taste (agave, honey, dates)
Dash of vanilla or small piece of vanilla bean
Whatever fruit you want
1. Mix fruit, nuts, and dried coconut in a bowl.
2. Blend coconut meat, vanilla, and sweetener to make the dressing/dip for your fruit salad. Enjoy!
