Creating Healthy Habits
2 Kiwis, peeled & chopped
½ cup blueberries, frozen
¾ cup mylk (I use raw goat's milk but any should work)
.66 cup ice cubes
agave nectar or honey to taste (opt)
Blend kiwis, berries, banana, and mylk in a blender until fairly well blended. Add the ice cubes and sweetener and mix to a frosty yumminess!
Optional: Serve with some grawnola on top!
Everyone always does Strawberry Kiwi, so my sister saw my fresh blueberries and thought, “Why not blueberries?!”. We whipped one up and Oh Yum! Tart, but yummy!
