1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Cut into thin strips like "fries"
1 cup Marinara Sauce, Plop on top of "fries"
3 cup "Ground Beef", Put on top of Sauce
1 cup Carrots, Shredded or grated
1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce, Blended
Ok cut the yellow bell peppers into “French Fries” like shapes. Place into serving plate or find those paper fries things they usually serve it in to make it more “authentic”. Then drizzlie olive oil and sprinkle some sea salt on it. Then to make marinara sauce blend soaked sundried tomatoes, fresh roma tomatoes, Miso Master Organic ChickPea Miso, a little water, olive oil together in the Blendtec Blender then put that on top of the “fries”. To make my “Ground Beef” recipe I invented just blend or grind Sunflower Seeds dry in the Blendtec Blender again this is the only way I know to get it just right I tried other equipment and ways to make it but only the Blendtec will grind the sunflower seeds into the perfect consistency seriously. So once it is ground up really well put sunflower seeds into mixing bowl, add some olive tapenade from a jar and stir and mix with a fork and drizzle some olive oil on this mixture as you are mixing it by hand this will turn into Raw Organic “Ground Beef” quickly. Then spoon this on top of the sauce. Then grate some carrots and sprinkle that on top of everything it looks like the “Cheddar Cheese”. Then finally make the Nacho Cheese Sauce, this is from my book too but you blend pine nuts, turmeric, chicpea miso, olive oil in the Blendtec and pour on top like Nacho Cheese in the photo I poured it into a “Om” shape for fun because I was really into Yoga when I was writing my book and doing photos, I still am really into Yoga too. Drizzle with more olive oil for the greasy fun Chili Cheese Fries look and taste, enjoy!
You can see my hands underneath the plate I would hold the plate with one hand and take the photo with the other with the Digital Camera my sister gave me 3 years ago, thank goodness she gave me a good one for my Christmas present, I am so grateful that so many people helped me and supported me on my first self published book 3 years go a lot of great things happened for me since then and my intention was to share the best from my heart and soul in the form of raw organic recipes with everyone and the world so I hope you enjoy this recipe. This is one of my unique inventions and creations 3 years ago in my 1st book RAW IN TEN MINUTES I am surprised people don’t talk about it or I don’t see it elsewhere it is a really fun recipe! My roommates in the Mission in San Francisco were really enthusiastic when I was writing RAW IN TEN MINUTES and they asked me a lot of questions. One asked me if I had a Chili Cheese Fries recipe, so I thought about it and came up with this one! One other roommate asked if I had a “Steak” recipe he was vegetarian but was joking around but I came up with one that I will post later too. Chili Cheese Fries yum, this one really looks and tastes like it too!
