Creating Healthy Habits
1 clove garlic
juice of one orange
a generous lot of linseeds
some cumin and fennel seeds
lots of rosemary and less thymian
¼ cup strong tea of ginger and thymian
1 dash each of soy sauce and sesame oil
¼ teaspoon chai-spice mix (chili instead of pepper)
Blend everything and serve with something crispy.
Guacamole with cucumber instead of tomato.
