YieldApprox. 4 servings (depending how much you use)
2 small carrots (or 1 large), Cut into chunks
1 jalapeno (i like it hot, so maybe less)
¼ cup onions (give or take)
1 tomato, quartered
pinch sea salt, optional
Throw everything into a food processor with an “S” blade.
Pulse till you get consistency you like (you may have to scrape down the sides).
