I made 3 servings of this recipe one morning when the only fruit in the house was raspberries and bananas. The amount of dates and honey/agave really depends on how thick and sweet you want your raspberry sauce. This recipe reminds me of the banana chunks in strawberry gel that you see in some Chinese restaurants.

Recipe Directions

1. In a food processor, blend raspberries, dates, and honey/agave.

2. When smooth, pour sauce over banana slices. Enjoy!

Haha I love those bananas in the 'red gel.' This looks way better, though :)
