2 cups raw coconut (shredded)
1/4 cup raw blue agave
1. Put everything in a food processor.
2. When the mixture forms a large ball, form smaller balls in you hands and then refrigerate. Enjoy!
I was missing one of my favorite childhood sweets from my country of Brazil, and I got to make a raw one of it.
Cocada comes from the Portuguese word for "coco" (coconut).
Here is the recipe for the white raw version. Sometimes black ones are fried coconut with sugar.
