2 tomatoes-cut, 1 white pepper-cut, 2 celery sticks-cut, 1 carrot-grate, 1 parsnip-grate, 1 clove of garlic-finely cut, a bit of chives-cut, 1 table spoon of peeled hempseeds. Put all in a bowl, add salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well and serve.
