2 tomatoes (chopped)
1 white pepper (chopped)
2 celery sticks (chopped)
1 carrot (grated)
1 parsnip (grated)
1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
A bit of chives (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon hempseeds
1. Put all in a bowl, add salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
2. Mix well and serve.
