- 3/4 cup water

I've been on a raw diet for 17 days now. I really don't know how I found you but, I'm happy I did. For the last couple of days I've tried a few things ( breakfast bowl , green drink today yummie!!!!!! .
Now, as I type and sip. I made the Raw Chocolate Shake.... OMG... GOOD!!!!
I took the suggestions from the other post and added mine... I'm not a cook by far!!!! Believe me I'm not . The few things that I've learned I went to mixing. Because I like creamy .. I used
1/2 of cashew milk ( your receipt )
1/2 cup of ice ( probably more)
1/4 avocado
Then added the rest of your receipt . I really think I can do Raw because of you.

A treat is what I was looking for. This was scrumptious.
I wanted to lick my vitamix clean. Was going to take picture, but after first sip it disappeared so fast. So only got a picture of bottom of glass.

Just saw the bee comments. Most people on this site and app are likely eating better and more conscious than the majority of the world population. Leave them to their tbsp of honey and perhaps your efforting would be better spent attacking factory farming or other areas that are at a way worse extreme. Rawtarian is doing a lot of good here helping people change their eating habits. Please take your judgement and negativity elsewhere.

This was a hit with my family this morning... completely excited!!! It is my goal to have my family completely raw by the end of summer. I didn't even tell them it was raw healthy. As for I... simply loved the creaminess and taste. Thank you Rawtarian!!!!

Indeed this drink has kicked off the start of raw eating for my family... we've made it several times making slight changes... this morning we had it for breakfast with 2 cups of spinach and frozen strawberries. Was simply delicious. We're enjoying choosing from your menu and I get completely excited every time I preview recipes ... can't wait to make them all. Just to rock everybody's world, botanically the cashew is a seed, not a nut. Crazy health fact hey?! Cashews are marketed to the general population as a nut...probably because the phrase "roasted nuts" is more appealing to most than "roasted seeds". For me though seeds are not just for the birds!
So technically this recipe is a tasty nut free recipe, it just depends what health circle you follow! (^∇^)☆☆☆☆☆

This is so delicious! I used to make something similar in the colder months with tahini and vanilla instead of cashews; warmed a little, it's very comforting on a cold day.

This is sooo amazing! I missed a good chocolate recipe for so long. And now I finally found a good one :D I replaced the honey with coconut sugar :)
