4 ounces coconut (shredded)
1½ tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil
3 ounces raw honey
1. Just put ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
My husband actually called these “the bomb.”
Tastes great and fills the sweet craving we all have sometimes.
I have made these two times--once into cookies and once into balls. My 5 year old likes them too.
I admit I just experiment, so I am guesstimating the actual measurements.
If you want an Almond Joy taste, just poke an almond in the center of the balls. They are good with or without them.
Plus you can eat them warm in the dehydrator or cold from the fridge.
