Recipe Directions

1. Unpeel [lightly-frozen] banana and place in bowl.

2. Mash it up a bit, add milk, and mash some more.

3. Add cinnamon and cardamom and mix it.

4. Add trail mix. Mix a little bit again.

5. Top with berries.

I ate this for dinner tonight as well as last night, but it seems more like a "breakfasty" type dish.

I like this dish cold. It's very refreshing that way, so that's why I like the banana to be lightly frozen before I make this.

But if you don't care either way or don't have time, then by all means freezing is not necessary! But if you do choose to freeze the banana beforehand, make sure it doesn't get too hard to mash!
