1 banana, put in freezer for about 10-15 minutes
1/4 cup almond milk (or whatever milk you desire)
homemade trailmix (mine consists of: cashews, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chopped up figs, whole flax seeds, & goji berries)
1/3 cup frozen berries (i did blueberries, blackberries, & raspberries!)
few dashes of cinnamon
few dashes of cardamom
you might want sweetener, too, if you wish. thought it's plenty sweet on it's own!
[i like this dish cold, it's very refreshing that way, so that's why i like the banana to be lightly frozen before i make this.
but if you don't care either way or don't have time, then by all means freezing is not necessary! but if you do choose
to freeze the banana beforehand, make sure it doesn't get too hard to mash!]
unpeel [lightly-frozen] banana, place in bowl.
mash it up a bit, add milk, and mash some more,
add cinnamon & cardamom, mix it, add trailmix,
mix a little bit again, and top with berries!
well, that's just how i did it. create to your heart's desire. :)

this has been my current obsession/craving.
it's so healthy & delicious & i simply love it.
a super quick mix up, too!
my measurements are really guessed out because
i do not measure when i "cook", soooo... like everything
else raw, just do what works for you!
also, i had absolutely no idea what to call this,
i ate this for dinner tonight as well as last night.
but it seems more like a "breakfasty" type dish.
