Creating Healthy Habits
1. 1-2 bananas;
2. 1/2 C cashews;
3. 1/2 C pitted dates;
4. 1 tea spoon of orange zest.
1. Cut bananas across into thin slices (about 1/10" thick). Dry banana in the sun (if the weather is appropriate), or dry them in dehydrator. Do not dehydrate them too much, banana slices should be sticky and flexible.
2. Process cashews, pitted dates and orange zest in food processor.
3. Shape this mixture into 1" balls. Cover each ball by dehydrated banana slices (as by scales).
Easy recipe! this dessert is a good source of Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6, Vitamin K, Potassium, Copper, Manganese, Magnesium, Iron, Phosphorus, Zinc, Selenium.
